IMMOFINANZ has acquired a new major tenant for the Business Park Vienna with Coca-Cola HBC Austria: This international beverage producer has signed a long-term lease for approx. 6,300 sqm on the Wienerberg. Since the beginning of May 2016 , new rentals for roughly 12,000 sqm of office space have been finalised in the Business Park Vienna and the Twin Towers.
Coca-Cola HBC Austria will relocate to the Wienerberg in March 2017. The company covers the Austrian market with its broad product portfolio of soft drinks and employs a workforce of 1,000 in this country at the production facility in Edelstal, in sales centers and in distribution warehouses.
Other major rental contracts for approx. 5,700 sqm of space in the Business Park Vienna have also been signed since May 2016.

In the Business Park Vienna, the modernisation of the shopping mall and the central entrance area from Wienerbergstrasse will soon be completed. The new “myhive” concept will also be rolled out to the Twin Towers by the end of 2016.
