IMMOFINANZ leases 6,500m2 to Romania’s first private dermatology and oncology surgery hospital for 25 years

IMMOFINANZ has signed a 25-year lease agreement for 6,500 sqm in Bucharest’s myhive Victoria Park with Leventer Medical Group, Romania's leading private skin health company. The leased area will house Leventer Hospital, the country's first dermatology and oncology surgery hospital. The lease agreement is one of the largest in the Romanian office sector since the beginning of this year. myhive Victoria Park is currently undergoing a significant refurbishment and modernisation process. Leventer Medical Group will invest around EUR 10 million in the future hospital, which will be opened in 2024.

Leventer Hospital will occupy an area of 6,500 sqm of the myhive Victoria Park office building, with five operating rooms, a 38-bed continuous inpatient department and a day hospital, an ambulance, an anatomical pathology laboratory, imaging and superficial radiotherapy compartments and orthology.
