IMMOFINANZ leases successfully in Poland

IMMOFINANZ has let another 10,000 sqm in its office buildings in Warsaw. Most of the 19 contracts were finalized around the end of the second quarter and relate to eleven office buildings in the company’s portfolio.

55% of the space was let to new clients, or to current clients who decided to lease additional space, with the remainder made up of extensions of existing contracts.
Since the beginning of this year IMMOFINANZ has announced the signing of agreements in the office sector in Warsaw for a total of 36,000 sqm.
