IMMOFINANZ lets another 6,500 sqm in Nimbus office building in Warsaw

 IMMOFINANZ has signed two large lease agreements for its office building Nimbus in Warsaw. Among the new tenants of this new building are the insurance and financial group Euler Hermes, which has signed a contract for almost 5,500 sqm, and the telecom operator Intelligent Technologies SA (ITSA), which has signed for 1,000 sqm. Both agreements are for a period of five years.

The contract with Euler Hermes is the third-largest office lease signed by IMMOFINANZ in the last six months in Poland – after the agreement for more than 7,000 sqm in the Equator office building and a contract for 5,800 sqm in Nimbus – and the largest since the beginning of 2015.

Euler Hermes is a part of an international insurance and financial group, present in Poland since 1998. The company will take the entire top four floors of the Nimbus office building, from the eleventh to the fourteenth. Intelligent Technologies SA – the operator of telecommunication, information and communication technology for business customers – will move in on the eighth floor of Nimbus, taking a total area of 1,000 sqm.

Nimbus is a distinctive A class office building, located in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 98, near to Plac Zawiszy. Its architectural concept is based on a modern, sophisticated and spacious design. The building offers more than 19,000 sqm of office and retail space. Extensive, light-flooded areas combined with green terraces and balconies will create an enjoyable working atmosphere. The building is very conveniently located in Ochota district, on the fringe of Warsaw’s City Centre, and its future occupiers will benefit from the proximity to central and western rail stations as well as an excellent public transportation network (trams, buses, trains).

In April this year, Nimbus won the "Office Building of the Year 2014" competition organized by e-biurowce.pl and received this prestigious distinction.
