Towards the end of the year, IMMOFINANZ acquired two new tenants at its Wienerberg, Vienna, location of myhive. The international health care company Sanofi signed a five-year lease for a surface area of about 800m2 on the 29th floor of the Twin Towers at myhive, Wienerberg; and the technology group Lenovo will move into a 400m2 space at the end of the year.
“We are very happy about the positive feedback about myhive at our Wienerberg location. Our innovative office concept is also in demand during times of crisis, as our tenants appreciate in particular the large degree of flexibility that we offer. This is on the one hand due to the furnishing and leasable space, and on the other hand to the numerous premium services such as the concierge service,” explains Katrin Goegele-Celeda, Country Manager Austria with IMMOFINANZ, the concept of the popular office brand myhive.
“The range we offer at myhive includes all-inclusive desk spaces in the co-working area, individual office space with two desk spaces that can be booked for short periods of time and at short notice, as well as the traditional corporate headquarter in self-contained lease units. Every kind of client will find what they need, and they get the full service of a headquarter office on top of it,” says Goegele-Celeda.
The tenants of myhive enjoy a full-service package and do not have to deal with office management in the traditional sense. The package includes all services with regard to infrastructure, cleaning, maintenance, and plant care. Conference rooms and lounges are available to every tenant when needed. “The tenants can choose their own myhive office layout as well as the furnishing and equipment that come with it, in line with their requirements. myhive also offers tenants a situation where the entire space can be readapted time and again, depending on the need at any time and with full and traceable control over costs. myhive, located at Wienerberg, consists of the Twin Towers, which are each 138m high, and five additional buildings, comprising a total leasable surface area of more than 130,000 m2. At the moment, parts of the buildings are being remodelled, resulting in more modern, flexible myhive offices by the year 2023. At the moment, about 90 companies with a total headcount of some 3,500 people are based at Wienerberg’s myhive, spanning a broad spectrum of sectors from health care to the IT sector.
