IMMOFINANZ opens its 5th STOP SHOP retail park in Croatia

IMMOFINANZ has opened its 5th STOP SHOP in Croatia in the city of Kaštel Sućurac. Along with Denis Ivanović, Mayor of Kaštela, the opening ceremony was attended by the representatives of the company – Dietmar Reindl, Executive Board Member of IMMOFINANZ, and Joško Piteša, Country Manager Operations for Croatia.

With nine national and international brands and 7,000 sqm of retail space, the STOP SHOP retail park provides a unique shopping experience for the citizens of Kaštel Sućurac and the surrounding area. Thanks to the well-balanced mix of tenants, the retail park creates a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, especially for price-conscious families.

The STOP SHOP Kaštel Sućurac has a total of 209 parking spaces located in front of the retail park. The new STOP SHOP is fully rented from day one. The tenants are: Spar, Mueller, Optika Anda, Super ZOO, NKD, KiK, Mana, and Tedi, as well as the Leggiero bar chain.

On the occasion of the opening of the new STOP SHOP, IMMOFINANZ hosted a free concert for the residents and guests of Kaštela starring the famous Croatian popstar Nina Badrić and young musicians from the TV show The Voice – Stefany Žužić and Alen Đuras.

Details on the STOP SHOP portfolio

The STOP SHOP portfolio covers already 101 locations in ten countries with nearly 790,000 sqm of rentable space. Further acquisitions and internal development projects are currently in preparation, with the aim to expand to 140 STOP SHOP locations over the medium-term. The focus is on markets in CEE, Southeast Europe, and Austria and selective entry into other West European countries.
