At the end of 2018, IMMOFINANZ prolonged the contract with O2, the main tenant at its BB Centrum Gamma building in Prague. The contract for 29,000 sqm of office space and more than 500 parking places was one of the biggest leasing transactions in the Czech market in 2018.
The IMMOFINANZ-owned Gamma building, which is located in the popular Prague 4 administrative district, underwent a major interior modernisation in 2016. In the course of this, the O2 HUB co-working centre was created there, intended not only for O2 employees but also for their business partners.
