IMMOFINANZ – Resolutions passed by the 21st Annual General Meeting

At the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IMMOFINANZ AG on 30 September 2014, Christian Böhm was re-elected to the Supervisory Board. His term of office extends to the end of the AGM resolving on the approval of actions for the business year 2015/2016. The terms of office for the other Supervisory Board members elected by the AGM will also end at that time.

The Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ remains unchanged with four shareholder representatives (Michael Knap, Chairman, Rudolf Fries, Vice-Chairman, Christian Böhm and Nick J.M. van Ommen) and two employee representatives.

The shareholders also approved all other points on today‘s agenda.
