IMMOFINANZ: Shopping center Tarasy Zamkowe internationally awarded

Lublin’s shopping and entertainment center Tarasy Zamkowe has received an International Property Award in the category Retail Development - Project for Europe Region, in which Tarasy Zamkowe was selected as the best 2015 regional project in the retail sector in Europe.

The International Property Awards competition is designed for professionals representing both the commercial and residential real estate sectors. It is one of the largest and most prestigious industry events worldwide and has been held annually since 1995. Participants are evaluated by an expert panel of more than 90 independent judges. The award for Tarasy Zamkowe in the category Retail Development - Project for Europe Region constitutes recognition of the highest standards and latest developments incorporated into this innovative commercial building. The International Award is a well-known and globally-respected stamp of excellence.

In late September of 2015, IMMOFINANZ received two other prestigious awards for Tarasy Zamkowe: the International Property Award in the category of Retail Development for Poland and the title of Investment of the Year in the Polish Prime Property Prize competition.
