IMMOFINANZ signs additional lease agreements at Nimbus office building in Warsaw
IMMOFINANZ has signed a further five leases for a total of nearly 3,000 sqm at its Nimbus office building in Warsaw. Among the companies that have decided to lease space at this flagship office project belonging to the Austrian investor and developer in the capital of Poland are: Orbium (consulting), DATEV.pl (IT sector), Connect (catering) and Agma-Sport (conference center), as well as the professional services group Marsh & McLennan Companies (Mercer Polska, Marsh, Oliver Wyman and Guy Carpenter), which is a current tenant of Nimbus and has decided to take on additional space.
Orbium is a business and IT consulting company focusing on the financial services sector. It is also a long-term partner of IMMOFINANZ, and until now has leased office space in another building belonging to the Group. However, due to the rapid growth of the business and the company, it decided to triple the area leased and signed a contract for almost 1,100 sqm at Nimbus.
DATEV.pl is an IT provider and integrator of ERP solutions primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises, accounting firms, auditors and tax advisors. The company will occupy an area of approx. 350 sqm at Nimbus.
Two additional Nimbus tenants are: Connect, which will lease 335 sqm to open a restaurant for the employees of Nimbus tenants and the neighborhood offices, and Agma-Sport, which will create a conference center with an area of 450 sqm at this IMMOFINANZ property.
One of the current tenants at Nimbus, Marsh & McLennan Companies, decided to increase its space by an additional 670 sqm, which means that this one group will occupy a total of almost 6,500 sqm at the property.
"The interest in office space at Nimbus remains on a constantly high level. Recently concluded contracts significantly reduced the amount of available space to only a few units. Moreover, the pace of signing new agreements allows us to think about the pending completion of the commercialization process for this property", said Magdalena Kowalewska, Country Manager, Asset Management Office & Logistics at IMMOFINANZ Poland.
