IMMOFINANZ has signed several new lease contracts for its two office buildings Polus Towers I and II in Bratislava in recent months, for a total area of more than 4,500 sqm. Polus Towers I and II are now almost fully let as a result.
The tenants of Polus Tower I are joined by the Slovak company Ševt (which has signed a lease for space of approx. 1,100 sqm). The Slovak IT company Quality Unit (approx. 550 sqm) will also move into new premises there.
Among the new tenants for Polus Tower II is Heidelberg Slovakia, a leader in the printing industry. They are joined by Regus company, which has taken over two entire floors, amounting to 2,000 sqm altogether.
