IMMOFINANZ has signed several new lease agreements accounting for approximately 4,200 sqm for its Polus Towers I&II in Bratislava. Of this figure, new leases and expansions account for approximately 3,800 sqm, and prolongations total approximately 400 sqm.
With respect to the new leases, the logistics company Kuehne + Nagel and the pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim signed long-term contracts for an entire floor each; both companies together leased an area of about 2,000 sqm in Polus Tower I. Furthermore, around 500 sqm of Polus Tower II have been taken by BCO, the media start-up. Datavard has expanded in Polus Tower I to a current area of 1,500 sqm and one of the first tenants, Bencont, decided to prolong its contract in Polus Tower I.
On Polus Towers I & II
The office buildings Polus Tower I and II form part of the Polus City Centre complex located approximately five km away from Bratislava city centre, within the Nove Mesto district of Bratislava. The buildings are situated close to the recreational area around Lake Kuchajda. The complex comprises two office buildings and a shopping centre, offering tenants of both office towers the convenience of the services, food, and shopping facilities available. The complex is very easily accessible by public transport as well as by car and includes ample visitor parking.
