IMMOFINANZ: STOP SHOP offer in Poland grows

The STOP SHOP in Zielona Góra in western Poland opened after a construction period of around one year and offered its visitors numerous discounts and gifts on the opening day. The eleventh STOP SHOP in Poland has 6,700 m² of space and eleven tenants, including the well-known brands Sinsay, Carry, TEDI, Kakadu and Martes Sport.

The retail park is located in the immediate vicinity of the largest residential district of Zielona Góra. The STOP SHOP is easily accessible and has 150 parking spaces.

Ecological operation has also been taken care of: the new retail park uses rainwater, e.g. for flushing toilets. This helps to significantly reduce water consumption.

With the latest opening in Zielona Gora, the STOP SHOP portfolio already comprises 102 locations in ten countries with almost 797,000 sqm of leasable space. In the medium term, the STOP SHOP portfolio is to be expanded to 140 locations.
