IMMOFINANZ: Till A. Diekmann to head business in Germany

The Executive Board of IMMOFINANZ has appointed Till A. Diekmann as the “Country Manager Operations Germany“. In this function, he will be responsible for asset management and project development for IMMOFINANZ‘s business operations in that country.

“Till Diekmann has held leading functions with our group in the past. We are pleased to have such an experienced real estate expert in our core German market, where we plan to substantially expand our presence over the coming years“, indicated Dietmar Reindl, COO of IMMOFINANZ.

Till A. Diekmann on his appointment: “I look forward to this challenge and, together with my team, will work to drive IMMOFINANZ’s expansion in Germany. With our milestone projects, which include the future corporate headquarters for trivago and Uniper in Düsseldorf and the Gerling Quartier in Cologne, we are extremely well positioned as a provider of high-quality real estate solutions on this market. The development projects currently in progress will increase IMMOFINANZ’s German office portfolio to approx. 200,000 sqm of rentable space by 2018.“

Till A. Diekmann (46) can look back on many years of experience in real estate management. Prior to joining IMMOFINANZ, he held numerous leading positions, among others with DIC Asset AG in Frankfurt am Main and as the managing director of Harpen Immobilien GmbH in Dortmund, where he was responsible for the operating business. Diekmann holds a degree in law and also has an MBA from the University of Bradford.
