LOG.IQ to build logistics centre in Hamburg-Allermöhe

Logistics specialist LOG.IQ has concluded a long-term rental agreement for a warehouse to be built in Hamburg-Allermöhe. A logistics centre with more than 12,000 sqm of total usable space will be built on the approximately 13,000 sqm property. Construction will begin in November 2015; completion is currently planned for July 2016.

"This build-to-suit project permits us to customise the logistics property to the needs of our client. Special requirements will be integrated from the start, with the overriding economic aim the creation of an intelligent building in order to achieve optimised long-term performance and therefore low operating costs", says Till Diekmann, managing director of LOG.IQ.

LOG.IQ, an IMMOFINANZ brand, has more than 1.5 million sqm of property as well as 800,000 sqm of usable space in Germany and is also active in Eastern Europe. LOG.IQ stands for client-focused logistics properties "with IQ" between the North and Black Seas.
