IMMOFINANZ has leased 5,500 square meters in myhive Haller Gardens in Budapest

After leasing the entire office space in myhive Atrium Park in Budapest in June 2022, IMMOFINANZ has achieved a new success in Hungary. The company has signed a leasing agreement for nearly 5,500 sqm of  space in the recently modernized myhive Haller Gardens in the Hungarian capital. The new tenant will occupy 5,420 sqm on multiple floors.

Located in South Pest, the 7-storey myhive Haller Gardens has recently been completely modernized and received a new design of the facade, garden, lobbies, as well as modern and energy-efficient lighting. In addition to this, a servicepoint, flexible mycowork and myoffice concepts as well as an event venue with high-tech equipment have been implemented. myhive Haller Gardens is certified by BREEAM, the world’s leading sustainable built certification, while its accessibility for the people with limited mobility is guaranteed by the Access4you certificate.
