Office lease agreements for a total of 10,000 sqm in Warsaw

IMMOFINANZ continues its successful year in the office sector in Warsaw by signing in recent months new leases and extensions of existing leases for around 10,000 sqm in total. The finalized contracts relate to six office buildings and include: Crown Point and Crown Tower, located next to the Daszyńskiego Roundabout metro station, the two office buildings at Jerozolimskie Avenue, Brama Zachodnia and Equator, the IO-1, next to the Wilanowska metro station and the Bokserska Office Center, located in the Mokotów district.
