Statement on Petrus Advisers
Michael Knap, Chairman of the IMMOFINANZ Supervisory Board:
"The viewpoint of Petrus Advisers, respectively Mr. Umek is sufficiently well-known. The company and the Supervisory Board do not share this viewpoint. The unobjective and aggressive public statements by Petrus Advisers are apparently intended to gain media attention. That speaks for itself.
In recent years the Executive Board of IMMOFINANZ has carried out extensive restructuring measures, eliminated risks, created a solid balance sheet, strengthened the operating business and substantially increased the value of our investment in CA Immo. IMMOFINANZ has now turned its attention to the further improvement of its operating development and indicators.“
