Successful year for IMMOFINANZ in Poland: office deals signed for over 71,000 sqm in 2019

One of the largest investors on the Warsaw office market, Austrian IMMOFINANZ, ended its fiscal year 2019 with a very good result in its office sector, signing contracts issuing over 71,000 sqm in total, throughout the year. This exceptional score is a result of both, contracts with new tenants and existing tenants who have extended their current leases, often reporting the need for additional space.

“It turns out that 2019 was an outstanding year for us in several respects. We completed a record transaction on the Polish office market by purchasing the Warsaw Spire tower, and continued to maintain a high level of commercialization of the Warsaw Spire portfolio throughout the year”, said Magdalena Kowalewska, Country Manager Operations Poland, IMMOFINANZ. "The sum of contracts signed last year is almost identical to the total rental area of the Warsaw Spire tower, which further illustrates the scale of this result", she concluded.
