VIVO! Stalowa Wola attracts further tenants

IMMOFINANZ finalized six more lease agreements for its VIVO! Stalowa Wola commercial project. The group of tenants for this new shopping center was joined by the brand Swiss, as well as by fashion retailers such as Medicine, Quisque and Diverse. In addition the gastronomic offer of VIVO! will be enriched with a cafe and ice cream parlor, Carte d'Or, and an Asian restaurant, Silver Dragon. The opening of this shopping center, which IMMOFINANZ has developed together with its partner Acteeum Group, is scheduled for 5 November 2015.

"Less than two months are left until the official opening of VIVO! Stalowa Wola, and our tenant mix for this commercial building is taking its final shape", said Jacek Wesolowski, Country Manager Development at IMMOFINANZ, Poland. "For the future convenience of visitors we will provide not only spacious parking, but what is also important is that we built a new bus stop, and have agreed with the local transport authorities that it will be on the route of several existing urban and suburban bus lines, so that every resident of Stalowa Wola can easily reach VIVO!" he added.
