The retail property in Świnoujście is the fifth retail park opened in Poland under the STOP SHOP umbrella brand. It has a total of 3,600 sqm of leasable space and is located directly on Kosciuszko Street next to a Kaufland supermarket. The retail park stands out with its architectural design from all other STOP SHOP locations as it has been opened in a reconstructed, historical municipal slaughterhouse from 1890. The catchment area of this STOP SHOP is approx. 70,000 residents. The retail park provides also a total of 74 parking spaces.
The central location of the retail park provides an excellent access to the property not only for the residents of Świnoujście, but also a numerous guests from the German side of the island, often visiting this city for shopping.
The opening of STOP SHOP Świnoujście took place in May 2016. The tenant mix includes clothing brands as well as stores offering “everything for home”, electronic home appliances, and chemists.
